What you will do: The Engineering Team Leader – GM manages all aspects of projects/programs, including performance, budgets and milestones, and client relations and expectations. The role facilitates execution of deliverables, coordinates resources and equipment, and functions as the central resource between project team and customer. The position recruits, coaches, mentors, and develops the team of engineers and reports issues and status to management. Additionally, the Engineering Team Leader – GM assists in quote/project development.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Experience in software engineering in infotainment. Experience in electrical engineering and program management. Experience in global part management systems in the automotive sector. Engineering cost reduction experience.Experience working at General Motors (GM).
