Project Manager

Charlotte, North Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs    is working with a leading supplier of industrial robots, modular manufacturing systems and service. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Project Manager.

What you will do:  The Project Manager maintains a high level of flexibility, as daily schedules and tasks may quickly change, based on the customer’s need. The role reviews customers’ specifications and examines new contracts to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to desired contract terms and conditions. The position monitors, analyzes, and reports on contract performance, controls contract documents, and maintains a centralized project control process, enforcing necessary controls to assure maximum project profitability. Additionally, the Project Manager reports problems to management for coordinated resolution, coordinates flow of information among various groups and customers, and implements measures to resolve routine problems, while ensuring schedule commitments with a high level customer satisfaction.

What you will need:  Strong field experience with transformers (up to and including 765kV) – routine testing and maintenance, assembly and installation, regasketing, refurbishment, and oil processing. Experience with managing field projects, specifically involving transformers. Experience with SAP order/tracking systems is a plus. Step-up, step down transformers.
