Ann Arbor, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a 100 year old company with a large footprint in the automotive tier-one space. Due to their growth, they have several newly created positions for a Regional Sales Manager.
What you will do: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales in the territory including direct sales to existing utility, OEM, contractor or municipal accounts and the dealer within the region. The role is responsible for growing sales within the territory by influencing specifications, developing new accounts, marketing the product in territory, and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate the goals, while also achieving sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans. The position reviews, prepares and completes action plans, looking for new opportunities while continuing to care for current customers, manages all existing accounts within the region and is the voice of the customer, while also advising dealers and customers concerning sales and installation of buildings. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager develops dealer/builder sales goals and objectives, represents the company at trade association meetings to promote systems, delivers sales presentations to key clients and specifying engineers, and maintains/expands customer base.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Strong sales management experience. Knowledge of bearings. Current experience in a tier one facility.
