Little Rock, Arkansas – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading supplier of electronic components to a myriad of industries. We have been tasked to identify a Plating Supervisor for a newly created role.
What you will do: The Plating Supervisor schedule and prioritize work assignments, while also executing the department production schedule. The position communicates issues to fellow department supervisors and department managers, manages performance of direct reports through regular interaction, formal evaluation and discipline, and coordinates department employee training. The role interviews candidates for open positions and ensures housekeeping, safety and quality standards are met by direct reports. Additionally, the Plating Supervisor understands, supports and contributes to the total quality management program, lean six sigma, quality certification programs, and environmental, health, and safety programs by following policies and procedures.
What you will need: BS in Engineering preferred. Current experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing plant. Strong manufacturing work experience. Experience with plating processes .
