Testing Engineer - Electronics


Terre Haute, Indiana  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with a electrical manufacturing, engineering company with a global footprint. In their growing department, they are in search of a Electronics Testing Engineer.

What you will do: The Electronics Testing Engineer will be based west of Terre Haute, Indiana. The candidate will be required to travel, internationally, between 60%-80% of the year. This role will work directly with production test and design engineering in the development and support of electrical testing, while also supporting InCircuit Test, functional test, and leak test processes for electronic control units and sensors used in automotive applications. This position will be required to modify or write software to support production test changes. This position will support equipment buyoff and installation of test equipment to standard company equipment designs and requirements.  As a manager, this role will oversee and facilitate equipment suppliers in the preparation of technical equipment manual/design file to include equipment drawings, specifications, records of all major design decisions, test results and change requests/authority etc.

What you will need: B.S. in Engineering. Must be able to design tests and manage multiple projects in an international setting.  Current Experience in multiple disciplines of electrical and electronic test processes (CT, Burn In, Final Test, etc). Software programming capabilities in Visual Basic 6, .NET, and C++. Strong Analog and Digital design experience.  Statistical Analysis (Gage R&R, Cpk, etc.).
