Ann Arbor, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a 100 year old company with a large footprint in the automotive tier-one space. Due to their growth, they have several newly created positions for a Systems Analyst.
What you will do: The Systems Analyst provides the company with the ability to meet business goals and objectives through the use of business application software and technology. The role acts as a resource for business units for problem solving and resolution, gathers information through interviews with end users and business units, and prepares simplified system and application documents for better interpretation to the programmers. The position analyzes and designs new and existing systems, monitors existing systems to ensure correct operation, and manages project implementation, while also consulting with operations and applications staff regarding implementation concerns. Additionally, the Systems Analyst prepares business and system specifications, assigns work to programmers, assists in developing user and system documentation, and assists business users with analysis and problem solving within the IST Department.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in a systems analyst role. Current experience in tier-one automotive manufacturing. Experience with manufacturing IT.
