Denver, Colorado – Movement Search & Delivery movementsearch.com is working with a growing national provider for power systems. Due to their growth, they have a newly opened position for a Supervisor – Electrical Motors.
What you will do: The Supervisor – Electrical Motors prioritizes, schedules, delegates work assignments and manages personnel to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of all work and projects associated with service center shop operations. The role is responsible for all aspects of shop operations, cleanliness, and safety/health to include repair costs, quality and quantity of production, methods and tooling applications, and effective use of production hours, people skills, safety/environmental/housekeeping, machines, equipment and facilities. The position directs documentation of inspection reports, material orders and final reports, writes repair work scopes, and schedules emergency overtime, while also acting as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and operational problems. Additionally, the Supervisor – Electrical Motors ensures the highest quality repairs at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer, quality and delivery requirements, assists in developing short and long range goals and objectives for the service center, and maintains hiring/firing authority.
What you will need: Associates Degree. Prior experience in manufacturing environment. Current experience in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience in the motor repair industry.
