Novi, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading supplier of fastener products. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for an Manufacturing Engineer.
What you will do: The Manufacturing Engineer provides detailed process guidance to the operations team in the execution of scheduled production and develops process changes to accommodate new products and improvements. The position investigates and resolves process and product deviations, oversees operations to identify opportunities for improvement, and designs and develops tools and fixtures to support manufacturing. The role interfaces with design engineering, product development, and purchasing teams to develop products for maneuverability and with manufacturing personnel to develop process and procedural documentation. Additionally, the Manufacturing Engineer prepares program plans and provides stats and schedule support of products during the complete manufacturing cycle.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in manufacturing engineering. Working knowledge of fasteners.
