Ann Arbor, Michigan  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com    is working with a supplier of supply chain solutions. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a .Net Developer.

What you will do: The .Net Developer works on a new, well architected and designed code base, working across all areas of the application as needed. The role conducts and participates in design and code reviews, while also taking ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion. The position researches and determines best technology to solve problems, while also working within a SCRUM team.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Current desktop (non-web) application development experience. Recent WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) controls and layout experience. A good fundamental knowledge of OO principles, design patterns and the idioms of WPF, C# and the .NET framework. A broad knowledge of the C# programming language. A strong familiarity with data structures and algorithms. Strong grasp of software design patterns and effective development methodologies. Experience working in a SCRUM environment. Experience using SQL and designing data structures in one or more database systems. Experience with TFS and JIRA.
