Senior Engineer - MAST

Warren, Michigan  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs     is working with a leading supplier of quality and testing systems. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Senior Engineer – MAST.

What you will do: The Senior Engineer – MAST (Multi-Axial Subassemblage Testing System) performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and ensures timely and accurate results under indirect supervision. The role oversees multiple projects and is responsible for day-to-day activities, including scheduling, updating client, coordinates reporting activities with supervisors and other team members, and analyzes and compiles testing data from the tests performed and communicate professionally with clients.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Testing. Current experience in testing. Experience working with and programming environmental chambers (PID controllers), PLC, data loggers, MTS 323 Mast Table, Moog Controllers, Writing and Programming Iterations and other test equipment. Experience with vibration control systems (shakers< VR Software). Functional base knowledge into the general principles of Hydraulics and fluids Systems with a background in hydraulics testing. MTS 323 Multi Axis Simulator W/ Software iterations experience. In-depth understanding of testing concepts. Working knowledge of laboratory safety and quality assurance practices.   Experience with MTS 323. LabVIEW programming experience. Ability to work overtime.
