SCRUM master

Linvingston, New Jersey – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a national supplier of software and IT services to various industries. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Scrum Master.

What you will do: The Scrum Master provides guidance to the team on scrum values, practices, and rules. The role facilitates various scrum activities such as release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, while also maintaining scrum backlog. The position facilitates daily scrum activities, removes roadblocks reported by the team, and works directly with the client product owner to consistently handle changes, while also maintaining risk and issue logs. The role creates mitigation and corrective action plans, publishes scrum metrics, and assures basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

What you will need: Understanding of basic fundamentals of software development process. Certified SCRUM Master. Experience running iterations/sprints and in Agile SCRUM development. Experience in project plan creation, sprint planning, facilitating SCRUM meetings, resource allocation and managing stakeholders expectations. Experience managing SCRUM artifacts. Experience forecasting projects, preparing contingency plans and planning work schedules using Micro.
