Round Rock, Texas – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a national manufacturer of electric motors and due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Sales & Marketing Director.
What you will do: The Sales & Marketing Director plans/directs sales and marketing activities of organization’s products and services. The role establishes strategic sales and marketings plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services, develops/executes comprehensive strategic sales and marketing plans and programs, and researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. The position develops/manages sales and marketing operating budgets, directs channel development activity, coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals, and achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Director oversees/evaluates sales and marketing research, represents company at trade association meetings to promote products, and delivers/assists with sales presentations, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals with key clients in coordination with sales management and sales representatives.
What you will need: Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing. Advanced experience in sales and marketing in the manufacturing industry. Experience working internationally.
