Clarkston, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with an international group committed to the design and production of hi-tech systems and components for the automotive sector. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Sales Manager.
What you will do: The Sales Manager supports the assigned area in achieving short and medium term commercial performances, contributes in defining the sales targets for the assigned area, ensures the application of sales strategy and operative guidelines, and proposes action plan to solve critical issues. The role guarantees the establishing of product pricing and offerings, maintains regular contact with customer groups as necessary, and assists upper management in the preparation of sales plan including specific goals and potentials as well as action plans and strategies for each account. The position tracks and ensures timely resolution of all customer commercial issues, interfaces with other locations for full customer service, and provides technical assistance.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Sales experience within the Automotive industry – Tier One. Experience with metal components. Ability to travel extensively. Bilingualism in English/Spanish preferred.
