Sales Manager - Motors


Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with an automotive supplier to a major manufacturing company. Due to recent growth within the company, they have recently opened a position for a Sales Manager.

What you will do: The Sales Manager manages/updates costs and pricing for all products, assists in leading cost reduction activities at plant locations and status reports to upper management, and manages engineering changes including cost collection and quotations from plant locations. The role manages kickoff and consolidating plant responses of the annual purchasing policy activities, interfacing with the customers, and manages modification costs and pricing for our heavy truck manufacturing. Additionally, the Sales Manager builds strong relationships with the plants to facilitate coordination of activities and understands detailed issues, analyzing and determining actions required.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in Tier 1 automotive sales.Experience with servicing Toyota as a customer. Previous experience in all or some of the following areas: stamping, welding, forging, casting, coating, assembly, machining.
