Tupelo, Mississippi – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a construction supply company that services both residential and commercial markets. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Safety Manager.
What you will do: The Safety Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of health and safety to assure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and company policies. The position ensures compliance with all health and safety mandates, develops policies to ensure that compliance and facilitates safety training for all levels of employees. The role also directs industrial hygiene, occupational and general safety programs and develops/implements accident investigations, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Current experience in a manufacturing environment. Current experience in a health and safety role.
