Northville, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a national supplier of tier-one automotive products. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Risk/Audit Manager.
What you will do: The Audit/Risk Manager performs internal auditing, provides company level/corporate governance controls, and is responsible for inventory management controls. The role reports financial information and documentation, performs corporate audits, conducts on-site audits according to internal standards, and is responsible for safety/environmental objectives. The position provides risk management, communicates between audit leads and risk leads, coaches functional leadership in potential risk areas, and supports implementation of risk mitigation for key risks. Additionally, the Audit/Risk Manager monitors risk environment for NA regional risks and general automotive items and is the liaison for risk incident remediation and reporting to HQ.
What you will need: Accounting or Finance degree. Experience performing various types of internal audits. Experience working with Oracle. Experience working with J-SOX (Financial Instruments and Exchange Act). Experience in Automotive Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Ability to travel 25-30%.
