Knoxville, Tennessee- Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing, regional aftermarket motor repair, replacement and field service company. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Shop Supervisor for their motor repair facility.
What you will do: This position will manage a team of 12-20 machinists, winders and mechanics supporting a thriving territory. This role will be responsible for electric motor repair, service and replacement.
What you will need: At least 10 years of experience in an electric motor repair shop. Current experience in a management role in a certified electric motor repair facility.
