Regional Sales Manager - Irrigation Equipment

Detroit, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery    is working with growing client that services a myriad of industries with their products.  Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Sales Manager.

What you will do: The Regional Sales Manager motivates and coordinates the efforts of territory account managers to achieve individual and team sales goals (including development of distribution). The position provides status reports to team members on state of business or on specific strategic projects, achieves sales targets, implements pricing strategies, and provides input to annual and “rolling” sales forecast models. The role develops regional plans and initiatives, prepares and maintains job documents and standards, and prepares/presents job and performance reviews.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in technical sales management. Knowledge of sales processes, principles, and specific industry segments (e.g. irrigation). Experience managing multiple sales reports.  Experience with industrial irrigation equipment.
