Ann Arbor, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a 100 year old company with a large footprint in the automotive tier-one space. Due to their growth, they have several newly created positions for a Quality Systems Manager-North America.
What you will do: The Quality Manager-North America leads the policy and functions of multiple production quality departments. The role oversees multiple locations’ quality groups, assures compliance to quality policies, and establishes, communicates and monitors quality key process indicators and metrics. The position leads customer quality issue resolution to assure timely containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action, and parallel implementation, oversees resolution of supplier quality activity to improve quality of product, and leads actions to assure continual improvement. Additionally, the Quality Manager – Americas oversees operator’s quality training, manages quality improvement activity, and implements a lessons learned/quality knowledge system to improve quality performance.

What you will need: BS in Engineering. Current experience as a quality manager within a tier-one automotive manufacturing environment. Experience leading multiple locations in quality assurance.
