Recruitment Specialist


Crawfordsville, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery    is working with a growing, multi-billion dollar manufacturing client with headquarters in Atlanta. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Recruitment Specialist.

What you will do: The Recruitment Specialist establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs, develops job descriptions, identifies the best resource for recruiting and successfully fills positions. The position leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, builds applicant sources and develops strategies for broadening the applicant pool to surrounding areas. The role determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, and improves organization attractiveness by monitoring job offers and compensation practices. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in company’s recruiting system, maintains all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form, and all other employment-related documents, and conducts new hire orientation meetings. 

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Experience in recruiting for the full life cycle of candidate hiring. Manufacturing background. Experience with a matrix organizational structure.
