Recruiter - Entry Level

Charleston, South Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery    has been experiencing double digit growth which has created a position for an  recruiter.  In the simplest terms, we identify top talent for our clients through a multitude of mediums by separating ourselves from others in our industry.  If you are reading this,  we are are separating ourselves by writing a job description with with enough gravitas and flair to recruit you into our organization.  How do we separate ourselves?  We strive to hire the most amazing, vibrant and passionate individuals in to our big family and give them all of the tools to succeed beyond even their own expectations…and here is how we do it.  For  individuals making a career choice in recruiting, we offer complete training and mentoring from day one; your success is our success.    The environment we provide is a mash up between corporate and silicon valley .  Although our dress code is casual, we know how to entertain a client with professionalism.   We set goals and show you how to achieve them.  This is a pure headhunter role, NOT business development….unless of course you want to be a full desk recruiter.  We currently have 30 account managers and well over 300 open positions.  We need band-with on the recruiting/candidate side of the fence.

What you will need:  A proficiency with computers and the interwebs…it’s a large part of what we do and we can’t be teaching someone how to manipulate a Word doc.   An engaging personality.  Some experience in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or technical vertical.
