What you will do: The Real Estate Agent is responsible for facilitating interactions between buyers and sellers of Real Estate. The position communicates effectively with customers, educates customers on real estate market trends, and answers questions regarding the documents associated with real estate. The role also utilizes computer technology to manage a large network of prospects, assists potential clients with decisions concerning real estate, and connects with customers to provide the best possible experience for the client. Real estate is an entrepreneurial business where results bring commissions — there is no commission for just showing up.
- Advise clients on how to market their home and sell it quickly and for good value
- Engage with other Advisors to advocate for your clients and mediate all negotiations between seller and buyer
- Understand the local real estate climate and how to appropriately represent a home or a buyer.
Initiate home showings for clients and help them understand what they want in a home - Create marketing materials to advertise homes in your portfolio that are for sale
- Build a profitable relationship based business.
