Canoe, Alabama – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a global manufacturer of automotive components. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Quality Engineer just northeast of the city of Mobile.
What you will do: The Quality Engineer develops and revises documentation associated with location’s quality management system, identifies, investigates, and resolves assigned problems with parts, assemblies, or materials, and conducts internal ISO 9001 and TS audits. The role evaluates each manufacturing process in an effort to identify opportunities for corrective action and continual improvement, supports APQP and PPAP generation, and tracks/disseminates key performance metrics to monitor our efforts in meeting corporate and area goals. The position leads/participates in problem-solving and continual improvement projects and provides statistical support for the plant.
What you will need: BS in Engineering. Current experience in automotive manufacturing. Current experience in quality.
