Beloit, Wisconsin – Movement Search and Delivery   www.movementsearch.com    is working with a manufacturer of petroleum based products and due to their recent growth, they are searching for a Project Manager.

What you will do: The Project Manager manages complex projects, develops estimates and project scope (objectives, milestones, resources, and economics), and works with the commercial team to translate business plans and commercial targets into technical projects. The role monitors results and adjusts work plans accordingly to ensure results are achieved on-time and on-budget, while also communicating status of projects to internal and external stakeholders through timely and comprehensive reporting and presentations. The position develops knowledge used to provide technical solutions as part of a total customer facing value proposition, builds relationships to develop long-term partnerships with sales and external customers, and represents the company with key customers and at external professional events.

What you will need: BS in chemistry or engineering discipline. Experience in Industrial lubricants and/or additives, oil, specialty chemical, petrochemical, automotive engineering, or mechanical testing industries. A proven track record in project planning, execution, and obtaining results. Experience operating as a key player in a global multifunctional team environment.
