Project Maintenance Manager

York, Pennsylvania – Movement Search & Delivery  www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a developer and designer of IT systems and services. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Project Manager.

What you will do: The Project Manager is responsible for all maintenance operations:  electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical. The role repairs, modifies and develops specifications for new or used machinery, equipment and tooling, schedules/supervises millwright mechanics, and develops, schedules and supervises the plant equipment, lubrication and preventative maintenance program. The position maintains a tool crib storage area for inventory of machine and repair parts, works closely with associated departments and production employees in the development of repair solutions, keeps abreast of current machinery, equipment and tooling technology, and maintains current maintenance department files of engineering drawings, equipment manuals and specifications. Additionally, the Project Manager submits cost justifications for any capital expenditures, assists with the identification and solution of safety issues related to facilities and plant machinery, participates in projects to ensure compliance with all EHS protocols, and schedules maintenance site wide.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on facilities. Experience supervising a maintenance department. Detailed working knowledge of engineering practices, principles and applications. Previous experience with SolidWorks and Autocad. Previous experience with SAP. Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and practical applications.
