Wapakoneta, Ohio – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a national supplier of manufactured products and due their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Project Engineer.
What you will do: The Project Engineer is responsible for project design, development and review of bid packages and management of capital improvement projects. The role designs, develops and reviews drawings/layouts, evaluates submittals and quotations, coordinates and manages equipment purchases and installations in order to meet project requirements and cost objectives. This position supports all Manufacturing and OH plant efforts, develops and reviews cost estimates and budgets, and maintains project planning and implementation files using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project and other appropriate software. Additionally, the Project Engineer provides guidance to project teams, plans for and obtains all permits and documentation, reviews each project from conception through completion, and prepares, approves and presents project status reports for management.
What you will need: BS in Engineering. Current experience in project engineering. Proficient in computerized design and layout methods. Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred. Background and working knowledge of technical theories in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering (or other specific engineering discipline). Proficient in 3D software, preferably AutoCAD or Solidworks.
