Project Engineer - Fuels

Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a leading supplier in the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly opened position for a Project Engineer – Fuels.

What you will do: The Project Engineer – Fuels leads product design and development of new products and improve upon existing products. The role coordinates on-site and off-site design reviews, CAD and FEA activities to meet customer performance requirements, performs DFM&A reviews with manufacturing personnel to ensure operational input, and fulfills product design APQP requirements, participating in plant-held APQP reviews. The position participates in customer meetings and responds to customer inquiries, while also providing technical expertise in support of field failure analysis and develop and implement corrective actions.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Solid experience in fuel and brake line design. Current experience in a project engineer role within a tier-one automotive manufacturer.
