Novi, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a world leading suppliers of innovative parts and systems to the global automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Program Manager.
What you will do: The Program Manager serves as overall facilitator for development of the product, planning and directing all activities relating to the Product Delivery Process (APQP, SQA, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing engineering). The role promotes coordination and communication of program team, conducts all program-specific reviews, and manages the product program proactively to ensure timing and program team objectives are met for all customers. The position assures appropriate program planning to confirm that product development is consistent with established program objectives and company needs, implements the product delivery process (PDP), conducts all phase and gate reviews, and creates master program timing that satisfies customers.
What you will need: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Current diversified engineering experience in program management. Experience with full program cycle (from concept to production). Competency in CAD and GD&T. Working knowledge of seating systems.
