Fort Wayne, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with an international provider of industrial and consumer software systems. Due to recent growth within their company, they have opened a position for a Program Manager, southwest of Fort Wayne.
What you will do: The Program Manager is responsible for the effective transition of manufacturing operations between a domestic and international plant, ensuring operational readiness by coordinating multi-functional project integration and providing regular communication to executive leadership. The role provides operations analysis and strategy associated with the transition of manufacturing operations, leads overall program, and provides status updates through the passport process.The position leads/communicates project milestones to executive steering committees, maintains complete project schedule by coordinating with cross-functional team leaders and monitoring weekly dashboard, and provides analysis of operations, systems, resources and technology integration related to the transition project. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for the entire program with significant scope and complexity.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in program management and operations. Experience with operational transition between plants. Technical design, system integration, cost and risk assessment, and effectiveness analysis experience. Fluency in Spanish. Advanced PowerPoint skills. Ability to travel to Mexico on a regular basis.
