Rockford, Illinois – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a multi-national pharmaceutical company that is stable, growing and extremely profitable. Due to a promotion, they have a newly opened position for a 2nd Shift Quality Supervisor that coordinates the daily activities of QC personnel for pharmaceutical packaging.
What you will do: This position coordinates the daily activities of the QA Auditors and implements inspection criteria and testing. This role provides continuous training either through the use of departmental work practices, examination of cGMP’s and SOP’s, specific customer requirements. Review records for accuracy of information, compliance with established procedures. Assist in the performance of monthly internal audits and any necessary corrective action to follow-up. Recommend and participate in disciplinary activities of subordinates. Participate in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) efforts as assigned.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree NO Exception. 2 years experience as a Quality Supervisor/Lead or similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current experience in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated cGMP environment.
