Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Production Supervisor.
What you will do: The Production Supervisor supports production to ensure a quality panel is produced while ensuring productivity, consistency, and plant and member safety standards are met. The role leads a team of 15 or more production team members. Must be able to identify and maximize coaching opportunities to promote continual growth and development within the team.
What you will need: Solid understanding of all processes related to production and manufacturing. Current experience in supervising members in a non-unionized environment. The ability to work multiple shifts.
