Somerset, Kentucky – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading manufacturer of tier-two automotive components. Due to recent growth, they have opened a position for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, west of Somerset.
What you will do: The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor assures that production cells are running properly, balances the manpower on the production line, and ensures cell personnel are adhering to operational and environmental standards. The role is responsible for the supervision of cell operators including disciplinary actions, time cards, time off requests, and training. The position assists in the set-up, cleaning, and daily maintenance of tools and machines. Additionally, the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor aids in the development of standardized work and performs other duties as necessary.
What you will need: High School Diploma. Current production supervisory experience. Automotive industry experience preferred.
