Tupelo, Mississippi – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a wood products manufacturing company that services both residential and commercial. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Production Supervisor.
What you will do: The Production Supervisor supports production to ensure a quality panel is produced, while ensuring productivity, consistency, and plant and member safety standards are met. The role leads a team of 15 or more production, mechanical, electrical and quality team members. Must be able to identify and maximize coaching opportunities to promote continual growth and development within the team.
What you will need: Solid understanding of all processes related to production and manufacturing. Current experience in supervising members in a non-unionized environment.
