Production Controls Analyst

Detroit, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a world-class manufacturer of instruments for vehicles, agricultural, and construction equipment. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Production Controls Analyst.

What you will do: The Production Controls Analyst supports manages day to day logistics tasks in SAP and others, such as route setup, optimization, billing auditing and quotes, participates internal and external weekly meetings, and manages part changes. The role maintains SAP transportation module for routing or pricing changes, processes 3PL invoices for IBT, OBT, Shuttle and expedite, and reports month end closing report. The position monitors incoming 830 &862 for new parts daily and/or weekly for new supplier, parts or resourcing, supports material team for physical inventory, inventory accuracy, routing, and carrier oversight, and publishes monthly materials closing report-inventory, adjustments, IBT, expedite, NCT, and GR/IR. Additionally, the Production Controls Analyst performs SAP materials transactions to support Materials daily operations upon approval, supports all pilot build activities, and champions/supports annual build-out for new parts or model year build-out.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in production control within automotive manufacturing. Expertise with SAP.
