Richmond, Virginia – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading industrial automation and electric motor solutions company. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a new position for a Drives and Motor Control Product Manager.
What you will do: The Drives and Motor Control Product Manager is directly responsible for the promotion and sales of drives and motor control center products. This position develops and implements the annual business plan for these product lines, continuously analyzes the market in an effort to better understand customer needs while maintaining awareness of the competitive environment, and develops/implements marketing, promotion and training programs to properly support active portfolio of products and new product launches, while also identifying engineered solutions for customer applications along with migration solution for legacy products.
What you will need: Strong technical competency in a broad range of automation and industrial electrical components and systems (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or a similar area of technical study preferred). Familiarity with B2B sales to industrial markets. Previous experience in either electrical or industrial/manufacturing industries. Experience in management.
