Rochester Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with leading capital equipment manufacturing company that is going through an expansion. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Product Manager – Material Handling.
What you will do: The Product Manager – Armrests is responsible for market analysis and direction, revising product specifications, and updating spreadsheets and templates. The role reviews plans and specifications, leads on assigned projects, and answers consulting engineers questions regarding design aspects, while also preparing bid packages/communication with customers and engineering firms. The position coordinates vendor information to assist in system design, estimates bidding projects, obtains vendor quotes and improves overall efficiency. Additionally, the Product Manager visits engineers and plants to represent company technologies, attends trade shows, and trains workers on the company’s technologies.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Current experience in product management. Experience in the tier-one automotive space. Experience with armrests.
