Project Leader - Automotive Structures

Holland, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery  www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a leading tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their recent growth, the company has a newly created position for a Project Leader.

What you will do: The Project Leader is responsible for the execution of specific projects (global/local) ensuring that customer requirements and target achievements with respect to timing, quality and costs are met; supports the project implementation in plants. The role ensures profitability during K1 and K2 in alignment with Program Director for the respective projects, supports the definition of project budgets, and monitors these budgets as well as KPIs and business cases for the respective projects. The position establishes and cultivates good customer relationships and develops customer specific know how, supports the development of competitive quotations, and informs the Program Director about customer/project related topics. Additionally, the Project Leader supports the continuous improvement and optimization of processes regarding product and process development (K1, K2), ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures, and leads project teams functionally. s compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures, and leads project teams functionally.

What you will need: Current experience in automotive project leadership. International project experience. Experience managing a team of 10+ personnel.
