Process Engineering Manager

Clermont, Georgia – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a global leader in automotive rubber sealing technologies.

What you will do: The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for the development of new production processes, assuring operating efficiency and continuous improvement through the use of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing. The role works with teams to meet continuous improvement goals through corrective actions that address quality concerns as a result of root causes analyses. The position is responsible for new equipment, develops machine specifications and verifies plant footprints for new equipment as well as supporting capital investment positions and managing priorities for engineers and technicians. Additionally, the Process Engineering Manager is responsible for working with engineers and designers to design molds and tools for mass production and preparing tooling drawings and equipment for PPAP and production launches.

What you will need: Engineering degree, current experience in engineering management. Experience in rubber molding preferred plastic injection. Fluid flow analysis, thermal analysis, and drawing development. Six Sigma Greenbelt and proficiency in AutoCAD, Unigraphics or solid molding software. Ability to travel up to 25%.
