Their products represent some of the most advanced, innovative and safest in the industry. Due to their growth, they have newly created position for a Principal Design Engineer
What you will do: The Safety Engineer is responsible for the analysis, recommendation and implementation of customer requirements into detailed analog and digital circuit designs for automotive electronic systems. The role is also responsible for design trade-off analysis, design implementation, requirements vs capability analysis, DFMEA”s and worst case analysis, while also interfacing with the customer. The position works in a matrixed organization interfacing with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, test engineering, quality and sales. Additionally, the Functional Safety Engineer generates schematics, book of evidence, BOM, layout, PCBs, coordinate buiding and verification tests.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Current experience designing/developing automotive electrical systems. Full knowledge of embedded hardware/software systems.
