Process Engineers.
What you will do: This role will be supporting multiple facilities in North America traveling extensively to facilities to focus on process improvement, quality, lean manufacturing and scrap reduction. Production system capable of batch and sequenced delivery 5 years of advanced engineering including product launch experience. This
position will assist purchasing/manufacturing with the implementation of sourcing strategy for equipment and tooling while ensuring capital equipment suppliers achieve maximum results This role will ensure lowest cost method is utilized in process (i.e. manual labor v. automation) reducing capital investments, while maintaining/ improving robustness while assisting with the capacity planning for facilities.
What you will need: 2 years of manufacturing process improvement with either metals or plastics. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Production system capable of batch and sequenced delivery 5 years of advanced engineering including product launch experience. Experiencing employing lean manufacturing techniques complex assembly process development /controls experience. Current experience with power train is strongly preferred. management. Experience identifying next generation of Process/ Equipment / Tooling development for manufacturing.
