Memphis, Tennessee – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading Tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Maintenance and Engineering Manager.
What you will do: The Maintenance and Engineering Manager supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools. The role ensures the timely, high quality and safe completion of maintenance projects and repairs, directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment. The position plans flow of materials through department, develops physical layout of machines according to work orders, and recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Additionally, the Maintenance and Engineering Manager resolves work problems, maintains time and work order records, and confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
What you will need: Current experience in manufacturing maintenance. Current experience in the automotive industry. Allen Bradley experience. HMI launch experience is a plus.
