Payroll Specialist

Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is an international tier-one automotive supplier. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Payroll Specialist.

What you will do: The Payroll Specialist provides support in functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to payroll, expatriate employee and/or labor relations, benefit enrollment, new hire orientations, new hire administration, expatriate coordination and compensation. The role assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, processes bi-weekly hourly and monthly salary hourly payroll, and signs up new hires (all required forms and benefits). The position assists in gathering and input of vacation requests, bereavement leave, attendance tracking, and personal time off (PTO) time, assists with scheduling appointments with Social Security and Secretary of State for expatriates, trainees and interns, and manages the training matrix to track training of all hourly production and logistics associates. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist sets up/assists in organizing employee events.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. ADP experience. Current experience in a payroll management role. Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
