Troy, Michigan  – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with an international manufacturing company that is stable, growing and publicly traded.    They have a newly opened position for an Organizational Development Manager.

What you will do: This is a talent management role responsible for strategic talent management partnering with with business unit human resources to drive effective implementation of core   talent practices. This is a strategic role that will participate in the establishment of development strategies, processes, and programs that support achieve of growth goals while closing the  gaps in individual or organizational effectiveness.  This is an enterprise-wide talent development position responsible for processes, programs, and tools including performance management, career development, new manager assimilation, leadership assessment and development, 360 feedback, high potential identification, and mentoring.  This position will maintain the corporate leadership development curriculum in support of product leadership, Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors; negotiate contracts, oversee projects, and manage relationships.

What you will need: A bachelors degree with an emphasis Instructional Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or HR.  Current experience in organizational development with global responsibility. Quantifiable experience in instructional design, program facilitation, meeting planning/facilitation, assessment, and consulting skills.  Experience in adult learning and applied skills in broad range of Organizational Development  methodologies.
