Rockford, Illinois – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a multi-national pharmaceutical company that is stable, growing and extremely profitable. Due to a promotion, they have a newly opened position for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor that coordinates the daily activities of production personnel.
What you will do: This 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position will lead, organize and control production processes to produce quality products. This role will identify and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and implement changes in the use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department. This role will direct multiple work centers, ensuring procedures, policies and GMP’s are followed.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree, NO EXCEPTIONS. 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor/Lead or similar position. Current experience in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated cGMP environment is desired.
