Due to continued growth, they have opened positions for a 2nd & 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisors to direct and coordinate the daily activities of skilled maintenance technicians.
What you will do: This position will lead efforts to achieve world-class maintenance. This role will drive continuous improvement opportunities with a focus on rate, yield, and utilization while mitigating defects and eliminating waste. This role will ensure ongoing technical development, testing and possible certifications for maintenance personnel.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree NO Exception. 4+ years related industry experience with a history of project accomplishments and strong leadership.
