Office Manager - Quickbooks

Clarkston, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a contracting and architectural firm. Due to recent growth within their company, they have opened a position for an Office Manager.

What you will do: The Office Manager maintains office operations and procedures, prepapres payroll, and assign/manages clerical functions. The role defines procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records, maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement, and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures. The position keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, and maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Additionally, the Office Manager establishes personal networks, achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, and analyzes variances, and inititates corrective actions.

What you will need: Current office management experience with a strong concentration on accounting/finance and payroll. Experience working in a construction, landscaping, contracting, or architecture environment. Quickbooks experience.
