Houston, Texas – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a 100 year old world leader distributed control systems. Due to their continued growth and increase in market share, they have a newly created position for a Field Service Engineer.
What you will do: The Field Service Engineer performs field and in-house troubleshooting and repair of AC induction motors. The role performs start-up and repair of most company products, both in-house and at customer locations, assists other service personnel with troubleshooting, repair and product application problems, and trains customers and employees on product trouble shooting, repair and application. The position prepares a service report for each job worked with detailed information as appropriate and assists manufacturing and engineering in identifying and correcting problems with equipment and parts. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer provides customer telephone assistance.
What you need: BSEE. Experience in the design or maintenance of AC induction motors. Current experience in field service. Current experience in the power systems industry.
