San Bernadino, California – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a global manufacturer of electrical components that service a myriad of industries. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Senior Tax Manager.
What you will do: The Senior Tax Manager manages the transfer pricing function for the Company and its subsidiaries, monitors/analyzes results on interim and annual basis and recommends changes to comply with foreign and U.S. transfer pricing requirements, overseeing transfer pricing documentation. The role develops/maintains inter-company agreements, manages international aspects of U.S./foreign subsidiary audits, and supports the financial statement audit tax provision, including preparation of technical memorandums and analyses of international tax matters. The position reviews international aspects of U.S. tax compliance, manages FATCA Compliance and Section 1441 Withholding, oversees value added taxes, including registration, invoice/documentation requirements, reporting and tax audits, and participates in acquisition structure planning, support due diligence and integration. Additionally, the Senior Tax Manager develops/implements international tax planning strategies and performs tax research and preparation of technical memoranda.
What you will need: CPA and Master’s degree in Taxation or JD. Expert level of tax experience with a major CPA firm and/or corporate tax department, with at least updated of international tax management responsibilities. Knowledgeable about U.S. and foreign transfer pricing requirements. Extensive experience with international tax planning and compliance. Experience with SAP a plus.
