Murfeesboro, Tennessee – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a national supplier to automotive manfuacturing industry. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Supply Chain Coordinator.
What you will do: The Supply Chain Coordinator is the customer service contact for OEM direct shipments, corresponds with OEM supply chain management concerning daily loads, and coordinates pre-production builds with OEM-correct labeling/special tags/on time shipments. The role submits packaging approval forms to OEM on new product, reviews weekly EDI releases for requirements, and submits request to manufacturing to build product based on EDI releases. The position packs service parts per OEM guidelines, submits pickup request, creates item masters/bill of materials on new product, and maintains existing bill of materials. Additionally, the Supply Chain Coordinator works with customers and engineering on new model builds and testing requirements, receives orders and communicates with manufacturing and suppliers the requirements for preproduction builds, and tracks engineering requests.
What you will need: High School diploma. Current experience within the supply chain of a manufacturing company. Experience in a customer facing role. Experience managing documentation – requests, purchase orders, bills of materials, etc.
