What you will do: In the simplest terms, we identify top talent for our clients through a multitude of mediums by separating ourselves from others in our industry. What you will need: A completed 4 year degree. Experience growing a book of business from a full desk perspective. A proficiency with computers and the interwebs…it’s a large part of what we do and we can’t be teaching someone how to manipulate a Word doc. An engaging personality. As recruiters, we interview many people on a daily basis, so we want someone who can sell us on themselves. How? That’s up to you.
